Extraordinary service-minded staff on the reception desk, brand-new king room. A huge variety of food at the continental breakfast. Best possible location, just a walking distance from Millennium Bridge.

Great central location with river view. Professional staff, comfortable superking bed with crisp linen. Spacious room, separate sitting area with love seat. Nice bar in the lobby and easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. Convenient for exploring and catching a taxi.

Road noise in the room was very loud

Perfect city centre location, easy to locate and close to everything touristy. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
Our room was small and dark, looking onto a small space filled with machinery. Breakfast was not worth it, but there were plenty of other options nearby.

The lift was out of service for the whole stay (4 days), so we had to go up for 4 floors several times a day. The big shower head only delivered lukewarm water, forcing us to wash with the small jet to hold in our hands because there is no support. We asked to replace a light bulb, but no one intervened. If it wasn't for the location right in the center of Dublin, from where you can reach Temple bar, Grafton Street and many other near places in a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend it also because of quality/price ratio which is absolutely disproportionate. The building should be modernized, especially rooms, in order to make your stay more comfortable.

I especially appreciated the efforts of the front desk staff, who went out of their way to ensure I had transportation arranged to the airport, giving me peace of mind. I'd highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms and attentive service.

The older building had scaffolding and hoarding but was convenient for the show and clean. The reception area was under construction but staff were polite and professional. The breakfast was an additional cost but excellent value and delicious. The room had comfy beds and a balcony. a pleasant stay with helpful staff.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is centrally located and within walking distance of most major attractions.
For a hotel in the 4-5 star bracket, the lack of accessories was disappointing. Our room had no coffee/tea making facilties, premium TV/movie channels or nice touches such as bath robes. The charge for a full breakfast was ludicrously expensive at 27.50 euros per person. We didn't eat in the hotel once during our four-day stay.

The hotel is in a central location, right along the river and in the popular Temple Bar area. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room was beautiful and had a view of the river. It had a sitting area and all the amenities I needed including a mini-bar, TV, and ironing facilities.
The reception staff could have been more polite and breakfast should have been included in the price.

The room was comfortable and well appointed, the staff were very helpful and were always friendly and the location was brilliant - right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food and service were very good.
It was disappointing that there were no tea making facilities as this is usually standard in most hotels. I was also surprised that soap was not replaced as part of servicing the room. These were minor irritations and we would happily stay here again.
